マーシュ国営石油会社会議は、国営石油会社が直面するリスクと課題に焦点を当てた画期的なコンファレンスです。2008年度の同会議は、2月25日から27日までドバイのマディナ・ジュメイラ（Madinat Jumeirah）で開催されます。

　2008年度の本会議の開催目的としては、昨年度の会議に引き続いて、国営石油会社が直面するリスクの課題に関する意見交換を挙げております。また、本会議では、国営石油会社におけるオペレーショナルリスク、財務リスクおよび戦略リスクといった業界の死命を制しかねない論点、ならびにリスクから成功を見出す手法についての意見交換を目的としたフォーラムも開催されます。

　本会議は、国営石油会社、金融等サービス会社、政府関係者およびマーシュ・アンド・マクレナン・カンパニーズ（MMC）の上級管理職が講演を担当します。参加が決定しております講演者は以下の通りです。
