Marsh Japan celebrates its first anniversary of West Japan Contact Center


Tokyo, April 10, 2007

The Affinity Group of Marsh Japan, Inc. recently celebrated its 1st anniversary of Nishi Nihon Contact Center (Fukuoka Prefecture). We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thank you for your constant support a necessity for the new facilities success.

Since 1999 when we launched our affinity business in Japan, we have focused on providing insurance services for consumers. A majority of our initial services was generated by offering risk management and insurance services to companies. Through our affinity business, we started to service individual employees of companies/organizations and experienced an increase in our existing services. We have seen success in our service called One Call Solutions (OCS)*, which has been operating since 2002. These achievements in Japan have been recognized as one of the best affinity business models for consumers by March Inc., our parent company in New York. As a result, we opened West Japan Contact Centre in 2006, in addition to the first contact center in Tokyo. The firm cooperation between the two facilities brings smooth and quick response to our clients.

It is also our honor to inform that the affinity services including OCS have been introduced into our global offices located over 100 countries. 10 of our initial personnel are now reaching nearly 100 as we expand the operations.

Services that we offer are extensive from Contact Centre operations through various insurance products and employee benefit programs. We never stop improving our business ability to meet every need and satisfaction of our clients.
