Pursuant to the Law on Sales of Financial Products, Marsh Broker Japan, Inc. has prepared its solicitation policy on sales of financial products and hereby states it as follows:

1. We will comply with the Insurance Business Law, the Law on Sales of Financial Products and other related laws, ordinances and rules, and will exert ourselves for appropriate sales;
2. We will comply with the duty imposed on insurance brokers to provide the best advice to customers and endeavor to offer products which are appropriate for our customers, considering risks inherent in the products, and knowledge of products, experience, financial conditions and purpose of executing contracts of the customers. We will also endeavor to make proper evaluation of risks with our ample knowledge and information on the global insurance market and to make full explanation on such risks to our customers. We will make every effort to arrange risk management solutions in accordance with the needs of our customers, at as favorable terms and conditions as practicable;
3. We will closely monitor the trends in the financial markets, especially the insurance market, and increase transparency of information as well as live up to ethics imposed on insurance brokers as professionals. As for products which are significantly influenced by market trends, we will endeavor to provide appropriate information to our customers so that they can make well-informed decisions on their own responsibilities;
4. We will choose appropriate time, place, and method of solicitation in selling our products for the interest of our customers;
5. We will listen to comments and requests of our customers and develop products with the most strategic relevance and cutting-edge ideas;
6. We are making every effort to maintain and strengthen our internal control system for the purposes of appropriate solicitation in compliance with relevant laws and duties. Our employees will endeavor to obtain and cultivate knowledge that will ensure the appropriate solicitation for customers; and
